Meet Our Director
My name is Stelmas Stephens and I am the owner and operator of Impressions Home Care, located in Charlotte, NC.
I decided to start an adult home care company because I saw a real need in our community. A couple of years ago, I had to take on the care of my elderly mother while working full-time. I quickly found that getting the support I needed was harder than it should have been. I thought to myself, “If I’m going through this, other people must be going through the same thing.”
Not every elderly member of our community has someone who can provide day-to-day care for them. People work. People have responsibilities. The same is true for disabled individuals and Veterans in our community. Because I saw this need firsthand, I decided to provide a solution for families in the same situation I was in.
My mission is to provide quality service based on best practices in the home care field. We offer in-home consultations to make sure we are the perfect fit for your family. Our staff of highly qualified individuals have gone through extensive training to provide the support each client needs.
